Our Spanish teacher Ms Worsham is attending the The ACTFL Annual Convention and World Languages Expo this week in Washington DC!This global event brings together more than 8,000 language educators from all languages, levels, and assignments.The ACTFL goal is to provide a comprehensive professional development experience that will have an impact on language educators at all levels of teaching and in turn help their students to succeed in their language learning process.

Metro Arts Dance Teacher Nicole Olson is performing at Canal Convergence this weekend! For the third year in a row, Metro Arts Dance instructor Nicole Olson has been invited to choreograph a dance piece as part of the Canal Convergence series of Art works, performances and activities.
Metro Arts Visual Arts Department Art Sale at Dark Hall Coffee in Phoenix On Sunday October 27th we will have a table at the Black Market to sell handmade items by students and staff. Some of the items include jewelry, aprons, hats, and prints. All items are $25 and under. The event is kid and pet-friendly. All profits will go directly to the art department to purchase materials for students.
New Vending Machines at Metro - Now Accepting Credit Cards Metro Arts got two new vending machines over fall break that now accept credit cards. There is a 10 cent charge per purchase when using a credit card.
