The goal of Metro Arts’ Peace Day is to celebrate peace and the unity of our small arts community. This is accomplished through hands-on art making, thoughtful open discussions and student performances. Metro Arts students custom printed their own t-shirts with a Peace Day image design created by a Metro Student. All students and faculty are encouraged to wear white this day.
Our Student Council organized a full day of activities in collaboration with their teachers. Here are some of the activities in which students had an opportunity to participate.
