Congratulation to Metro Arts 2020 graduate Savannah Perez who was featured in an Arizona Republic article celebrating Arizona's high school graduates. Savannah Perez is graduating from the Metropolitan Arts Institute in Phoenix and looks forward to sharing her art with the world as she gets a degree from ASU in graphic design. She is dedicating her graduation to her grandfather, Bacilio Reyes, who recently died. “She has worked so hard and we are celebrating in every way we know how,” her mom, Cecilia Valles, said.

Chromebook Check out Deadline is 4/1 Dear Metro Arts Parents and Guardians,Governor Ducey issued an order on Monday directing state residents to stay at home until the end of April, following the lead of several other governors as health officials try to stop the spread of coronavirus.Along with Governor Ducey, keeping Arizonans safe and healthy as we slow the spread of COVID-19 remains our top priority. In order to keep our campus, staff, and students as safe as possible, the last day to check out a Chromebook will be this Wednesday, April 1st, by 12 pm. Thank you for your continued support. Metro Arts campus will be closed beginning Monday, March 23, 2020. Important Update – March 20, 2020: Governor Doug Ducey and Superintendent Kathy Hoffman today announced a two-week extension of school closures through Friday, April 10, 2020.
National Honors Society Induction Ceremony Metro Arts welcomed 8 new members into the National Honors Society in a ceremony on February 10th. NHS Chapter membership not only recognizes students for their accomplishments but challenges them to develop further through active involvement in school activities and community service.
