Molly Spilger

Born and raised in South Dakota, Molly found her way to Arizona in 2018 shortly after graduating from the University of South Dakota with a Bachelor’s degree in Social Work. While living here, Molly has worked various jobs primarily with children and youth. Her hobbies include reading, hiking, attending concerts, and spending time with her three cats. Her primary passion is what she describes as the healing practice of yoga. In 2020, Molly received her 200 HR Yoga Teacher Training Certificate from Southwest Institute of Healing Arts in Tempe. She is now beyond grateful to be teaching at a local Phoenix studio and desires to further her yoga education.

 

Molly intends to bring a positive energy and consistent support to the students, families and staff at Metro Arts as a Receptionist and Administrative Assistant. She looks forward to being part of such a creative and welcoming atmosphere!
