TITLE IX STATEMENT
It is the policy of Metropolitan Arts Institute to comply with Title IX of the Education Amendments of 1972, which prohibits discrimination (including sexual harassment, sexual assault, and sexual violence) based on sex in the school district’s educational programs and activities. Title IX also prohibits retaliation for asserting claims of sex discrimination.

TITLE IX/SEXUAL MISCONDUCT REPORT
This report is for Title IX/Sexual Misconduct and is for use by anyone to report incidents of sexual misconduct, sexual harassment, sexual assault, dating/domestic violence, stalking, employee quid pro quo, or hostile environment. For incidents covered by Title IX that are submitted through this form, the Title IX Coordinator will conduct an immediate Title IX investigation.
